The Jumpsoles Program or The Jump Manual Guide? Which of Them Really Works in Increasing Vertical Leap

There are a lot of athletes who are so divided when it comes to decide which vertical leap system to use for their vertical leap training. There are actually many vertical jump training programs out there, but just a hand full of them are actually making the heats as for the moment. The Jumpsoles Program and the Jump Manual are surely the most popular jump training programs you will find today.

That not withstanding, they’re other very admired programs out there which have also proven their importance. I am talking about: the Vertical Jump Development Bible and the Vertical Project also called the Double Your Vertical Leap System.

In choosing a jump training system, there are various things you have to take in factor, which all leads to identifying if the program really works or if it is a scam. The jump manual and the Jumpsoles have been out for a while and have helped quite a lot of athletes already to improve on their vertical. The vertical jump development bible and the vertical project too have also helped. But which one of these programs actually is the best?

To reply this question, I made a broad research on the subject, and Jacob Hillier’s Jump Manual seemed to have an apparent edge over Jumpsoles and the other training programs. My investigation was based mostly on people who had actually increased their vertical jump heights with the respective programs. It appears to me that Jacob Hiller was the only most certain coach to put me in touch with people who have benefited from his vertical leap program, making me to believe more in his program.
