For vaginal yeast infection, simply dip a tampon in plain yoghurt or apply it directly in the vagina and leave it for an hour or so. Vinegar

Don’t use it for more than 10 days though because the ph balance of the vagina could suffer. An alternative is to make a bath with half a cup of vinegar and half a cup of salt. Soak in for 15-20 minutes.

Cultured Buttermilk
Just like the yoghurt, cultured buttermilk contains live microorganism that will stop candida. Just drink a glass of cultured buttermilk every day. If you don’t like the taste, an alternative is to use it as a bath. Milk bath has always been said to be good for the skin, simply add a cup of cultured buttermilk to your bath and soak in it for 20 minutes.
