Really Trying to Get Pregnant, any Opinions? – Here is Some Recommendations for Every Woman Trying to Get Pregnant

Really Trying to Get Pregnant, any Guidance? – Here's Some Recommendations for Any Woman Attempting to Get Pregnant

I and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for rather some time. We were not just not sure how to go about doing it, but after some research we found some recourses which type of help us, and in this this article, I will provide some advice that will help any woman trying to get pregnant.

Normally ovulation happens roughly half way through the cycle, bearing in mind a fertile egg only lasts 24 hours and sperm can last up to 72 hours from a Physically fit male, you should be correct when saying that: You should have sex a few days before to make sure you are covering the entire period before you release the egg and a few days after you release the egg just in case you have miscalculated ovulation.

Another ovulation sign is looking at cm (cervical mucus). You may notice someday you get a little bit of sticky clear/opaque mucus when you wipe... this is fertile mucus! When you are about to ovulate.... that is a good time to conceive. However, not everyone notices this especially if you are trying every day as you get 'dry' after sex... so your mucus may not be true..... If you are touching things, I won’t bother going down cervix checking route as it’s too dangerous as you may infect your cervix with dirty hands.....

Also lying down for a bit after sex does help. I've heard real success with this method... plus it does not hurt to try I guess.... also apparently pre seed is good for encouraging cm... Haven’t tried it myself yet but have had friends who said it is great

Make sure you calculate your ovulation date first. And have sex on your ovulation date and also 3-4 days before and a couple of days after. This will increase your chances. Try not to move around straight after sex as this can cause semen to leak out. Wait 20 minutes or so. Relax- This gives you a higher chance of conceiving. Eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise. Don't drink alcohol.

A friend of mine used the recommendations in this great infertility cure guide called The Pregnancy Miracle and got pregnant within just 1 month of trying! So it is a must try pregnancy guide for any woman who really wants to increase their chances of naturally conceiving.
