In YoVille, your best friend is going to be a big pile of YoVille Coins – the currency with which you buy just about everything in the game that will allow you to show off your prowess. Sure, there is YoVille Cash too, but that stuff is very expensive and many people choose not to buy it due to its exorbitant cost. And because you cannot get more than 2300 coins a day or so from standard methods, you need to start developing some trickier trading practices if you want to make the real coin that this game has to offer.

How to Trade Goods in YoVille
In YoVille, there is no auction house or trading platform that allows you to actively and legitimately trade goods. But, you can create your own trading platform, simply by engaging with other players and asking them what they need or selling off old items that you have laying around. The key is to find items that you can pay less for than you sell them without ripping anyone off.

Making Profits on Old Items
The first way to do this is with older items that are no longer available in the game. Out of date items, holiday goods, or special edition items such as the recent 50s goods, are all great for this because they are quick and easy to get rid of without needing to waste cash. The problem here is that you need to know ahead of time to save these items and not sell them off too early.

Do not be a heal. There are some players who trade off normally priced items for big coins only to let their trading partners find out that they were ripped off. Be legitimate and make sure that you are actually offering something rare with higher value in a trade.
