Just like hypnosis, subliminal audio send positive statements and messages directly into your unconscious mind. This is how you are able to make lastingchanges to your beliefs and ways of thinking. Unlike traditional hypnosis you never lose consciousness or enter a trance at all - you can listen therefore while you study, work, clean your house, sleep, and even while exercising. At the end of the day there is no real single "best method", it is more about personal preference. A method which gives results for one person might not be so great for another - we are all wired differently.
