Choosing a Vertical Jump Program - Three Important Traits of a Good Vertical Jump Program

Choosing the right vertical jump program is critical for your success as you seek to improve your vertical jump. As you look to find a good vertical jump program for you, consider the following three important facets of a credible vertical leap program.

A good vertical program will provide correct knowledge of training principles.
